Koombana Bay Sailing Club offers a wedding venue* where your dream ceremony and reception can be held in one location**.

Imagine your beach front wedding ceremony against the spectacular backdrop of a setting sun, surrounded by family and friends. Stroll out to our jetty or along our beach-front for your wedding photos while guests enjoy refreshments on the waterfront before wandering through to the wedding reception.

Our functions venue can seat up to 250 people or up to 220 people with a dance floor and band or DJ.

Koombana Bay Sailing Club has onsite private parking and public car parking alongside the functions venue as well as disabled parking and access.

Wedding Decorators
Professional wedding decorators can help you achieve the look you want for your wedding or function.
Our dedicated functions manager will assist you to create a memorable wedding day and put you in touch with professional local decorators.

Bar and Beverages
Koombana Bay Sailing Club provides professional bar staff for functions. The fully equipped bar has a wide selection including;

Wines from the Geographe & Southwest wine regions. Drinks menus can be found on our Sails - Bar & Galley page or a beverage package can be arranged.

*The sailing season runs from September to May and weddings will need to be co-ordinated with sailing activities. The venue can not be used exclusively if there is a sailing event on, or on a Friday night when members use the club. The sailing calendar is planned one year in advance and dates can not be moved to accommodate functions.
